with the goal of understanding exactly what it is that the system needs
to do and how it may be done more efficiently. Grachek, Inc. strives to
give all users the opportunity to participate in the development of the
'to-be' system. Involving users in the development process not
only produces better ideas, but also helps motivate the users to adopt the new system when it is
deployed.
Design-
Whether the system will employ an

Implementation-
At this stage any
required programming is completed and system documentation is created - both
instructional for users and technical for future development. Thorough
testing is conducted to ensure accuracy and reliability. Grachek,
